Bio

Anja is an actor and creative based in London and Leeds. She is currently in her third year of training on the acting course at Leeds Conservatoire and has previously trained on the acting foundation course at READ College. She has recently trained with Neil Newbon at the Performance Capture Academy to gain experience in performance and motion-capture.

Whilst in training at Leeds Conservatoire, Anja has taken on a variety of roles including Johanna Faustus in Chris Bush’s Faustus; That Damned Woman, and Paul Snyder in Bertolt Brecht’s Saint Joan of the Stockyards. Most recently, she has been a part of an immersive production of [BLANK] by Alice Birch.

During her graduate season, Anja performed in Romeo and Juliet as Friar Lawrence at the Leeds Playhouse Quarry Theatre and will be performing in Welcome to Thebes as Eurydice at the Carriageworks Theatre.
