Bio
Manchester born and bred, Martha is a Northern-based actor, currently training at Leeds Conservatoire, due to graduate in 2024. Her recent credits include Joanna Faustus in ‘Faustus: That Damned Woman’ directed by Amie Burns Walker, and Miss Lulu under the direction of Aaron Posner in his new play, 'The Cherry Tortured’. She has also appeared in multiple short films created by Leeds Arts film students.
Prior to her formal training, she attended the Pauline Quirke Academy gaining experience performing at The Lowry in Salford, and Her Majesty’s Theatre in the West End.
Equally at home in comedic and dramatic roles complimented by a keen interest in directing, in her final year at the Conservatoire, she has played Captain Smollett in Treasure Island and is due to appear as Megaera in Welcome to Thebes in March.
