Bio
Maura Lub is an Actor-Musician, currently in her final year of training at Leeds Conservatoire. She was born in the Netherlands but moved to England to pursue her love of performing. She is an actor, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist. During her training, Maura has worked with theatre companies Wrongsemble, Q20 Productions and Scream Park Entertainments. During her training, Maura played Billy Bungalow in Dick Whittington: The Rock'n'Roll Panto, directed by Jordan Langford, as well as performing as Sister 2/Old Woman 2 in Yerma, directed by Rachael Halliwell. Maura plays the piano, saxophone, bass guitar, double bass, accordion, and harmonica, and is a highly skilled juggler. In her third year, she played Vaine/Team Leader/Lally’s Mum in Vernon God Little by DBC Pierre and is thrilled to appear as Aglaea in Welcome to Thebes by Moira Buffini in March 2024.
