Bio
Alexander Christofi is a multifaceted, bright young actor based in Essex and Leeds. Currently training at Leeds Conservatoire he is entering his final year of training. In his graduate season he is playing the roles of Thomas Putnam in The Crucible at Leeds Playhouse and Mr Avila/Torkel in Let the Right One In at Leeds City Varieties.
Alexander’s main strengths lie in comedic acting and he prides himself on his impeccable comedic timing. He is also a skilful improviser and singer and wishes to excel in a career in film, but loves theatre equally. He also has a great passion for voice acting and has vastly improved that skillset whilst at the conservatoire.
He decided in sixth form, to pursue his long standing passion for acting which led him onto a short ‘Fundamentals of Acting’ course at RADA and then to Leeds Conservatoire.
His previous credits include roles in productions such as Everyman directed by Anastasia Osei-Kuffour, Shirley directed by Tom Aldersley and Anatomy of a Suicide directed by Alex Palmer.
