Bio
A Northern born actor, Alexis has been working in the industry for 15 years, starting at the Square Chapel, Halifax and going on to perform at The Royal Exchange in Manchester. Her career has also included TV and Voice credits, appearing on BBC One Nick Jr, Disney Channel and more.
After her training with LIPA, Hope Aria Academy, Royal Exchange Young Company and now Leeds Conservatoire, she wishes to apply this experience to her adult career, with a keen interest in naturalism on stage and screen. As well as an excitement about abstract and physical theatre, a genre which allows her to use her dexterity as actor and mover both. She has extensive dance ability; grade 5 in ballet and tap and experience in many other styles.
In her graduate season, she will be playing Titania in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, as well as movement directing (and performing amongst the ensemble) in ‘John Proctor is the Villain, directed by Erin Carter.
