Bio
Hailing from Stratford-Upon-Avon, Charlotte is an emotionally driven, passionate actor who has an interest in telling gritty stories. She strives in tackling characters with a sense of honesty and vulnerability in order to showcase the complexities of the human experience.
From a young age she attended acting classes every week and broadened her imagination and knowledge of the world of theatre, accompanied by visits to the RSC where she gained a love for Shakespeare. She has a passion for comedy and has enjoyed experimenting with clowning during her time at Leeds Conservatoire.
In her second year Charlotte played Jess in Mike Bartlett’s King Charles III directed by Tyrell Jones and explored devising and world building when she was in Caryl Churchill’s Love and Information directed by Rachael Halliwell. In her third year Charlotte is playing Susanna Walcott in the Crucible at Leeds Playhouse and Lady Katherine/Ensemble in Emilia.
