Bio
Hailing from South London, Loretta is a multifaceted artist currently in her final year of training in acting at Leeds Conservatoire, and has previously trained on the foundation course at Rose Bruford College.
Throughout her time at Leeds Conservatoire, Loretta has played an eclectic range of roles including Camilla Parker Bowles in Mike Bartlett’s King Charles III, Leontes in William Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale and Shirley in Andrea Dunbar’s Shirley.
Loretta is an innovative performer, and outside of her studies has independently coordinated and performed a musical tribute to Amy Winehouse’s debut album ‘Frank’ at a sold-out venue in Leeds. Loretta is a passionate writer and has developed a semi-autobiographical play which she plans to enter into fringe festivals before graduating.
During her graduate season, Loretta is thrilled to be playing Ann Putnam in Arthur Miller’s The Crucible at Leeds Playhouse, and Lord Henry Carey in Morgan Lloyd Malcom’s Emilia.
