Bio
Rebecca is a Manchester/Leeds-based actor. Originally from Salford in Manchester, she is currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Acting at Leeds Conservatoire. During her time there so far, she has played a multitude of different characters, such as Camillo in A Winter’s Tale, Fellowship in Everyman by Carol Ann Duffy, and Anna in Anatomy of a Suicide by Alice Birch.
In her graduate season, Rebecca will be playing Kate Sheppard in the musical That Bloody Woman and Mary Sidney/ensemble in Emilia by Morgan Lloyd Malcolm.
Rebecca has been performing in theatre since her youth, largely in musical theatre, and has years of singing training, which is something she is very passionate about. However, throughout recent years of studying acting, she has also found a love of Shakespeare and contemporary plays, and is really enjoying the screen work she is doing. She is keen to do a lot more.
