Bio

Lucy O’Hara is an Actor Musician from Belfast, currently based in Leeds. Lucy has always had a passion for performing, coming from a musical theatre background, she has performed in various venues across Ireland such as “The Grand Opera House.”. From her love for musical theatre, she went on to earn her diploma in Musical Theatre singing from LCM. Lucy is a big lover of music, and engages in every genre. She had her start in classical violin, in which she achieved her grade 7, and went on to play piano, guitar and trumpet. From this she took an interest in song-writing and has performed in venues playing her original material.  

Through her love for theatre; Lucy found herself being trained as a technician and has teched for shows in Youth Action NI. 

At Leeds Conservatoire; Lucy has taken on the roles of;  “Robin Hood in “Robin Hood: The Rock n Roll Panto” and “Ann” and Assistant Musical Director in “The Ballad of Maria Marten”. In her graduate season she will be playing, “Kate Shepperd” in “That Bloody Woman” and “Flora/Ensemble Musician” in “Emilia”.
