Bio
Lisa is a 21-year-old Leeds based actor from Leicester. She is a Zimbabwe born actor who was raised in the UK. Lisa is currently in the final year of her BA Acting degree at Leeds Conservatoire.
During her training at Leeds, she has played various character such as Arkadina from The Seagull, Min from The Suicide adaption by Suhayla El – Bushra and Napoleon from Animal Farm. During her third year, she will be performing in Scandaltown and Treasure Island playing the characters of Rosalind Double-Budget, Mrs. Crossley and Killigrew the Kind.
Lisa enjoys theatre that aims to make a difference in its community. She is especially interested in political theatre that offers a unique perspective on certain social issues that can spark a conversation after a performance is over. Overall, she is passionate about art and the positive impact that theatre can have on a community.
