Bio
Thom Hallows is an actor based in Leeds and North Wales, currently in his third year of training at Leeds Conservatoire.
Thom made his professional debut as a 11-year-old performing in Stephen Sondheim’s Merrily We Roll Along at Theatr Clwyd, directed by Nikolai Foster and has been in various shows in the Northwest region ever since.
Having originally served an apprenticeship in the steel making industry, Thom decided to leave his role in the factory in 2021 and pursue his passion for the arts.
His credits whilst training include Mephistopheles in Faustus: That Damned Woman written by Chris Bush; Medvedenko in Chekhov’s The Seagull and Peter Maxwell in The Cherry Tortured, written and directed by Aaron Posner.
In his graduate season, Thom is extremely excited to be performing as Jack Virtue in Scandaltown by Mike Bartlett and Touchstone in William Shakespeare’s As You Like It.
