Fledgling graduating actors from Leeds Conservatoire are ready to take flight in a gripping double bill of Shakespeare classics performed on Leeds Playhouse’s epic Quarry stage.

The TEF is a national scheme run by the Office for Students that aims to encourage higher education providers to improve and deliver excellence in the areas that students care about the most.

Thirteen institutions across West Yorkshire, including Leeds Conservatoire, have developed a collaborative response to support care-experienced students.

The conservatoire has implemented an exciting new academic structure. Kari Bleivik, Erin Carter, Craig Golding and Jamil Sheriff will each lead a school of specialist highly trained teaching staff.

The conservatoire secured performance and placement opportunities for students and recent graduates this summer through continued festival partnerships.

Leeds Conservatoire is delighted that a record number of students have been awarded 2023 Instrument Purchase Grants from the Royal Philharmonic Society.
