The World Classical Music Awards (WCMA) is an international online music competition combining the tradition of performance excellence and personal creativity. The aim of the competition is to identify musicians who demonstrate their musical talent and love for music as well as strong artistic forces and stage presences. WCMA welcomes classical musicians of all ages and all instruments - solo, ensemble and choir.

Emma and Sofia’s video entries impressed a jury of classical experts from around the world. The evaluation criteria included creative individuality, artistic temperaments, convincing performance, technical equipment, understanding of stylistic features and the appearance of the performer.

Applications are now being accepted for Season 3 of the WCMA 2022. The deadline to enter is Sunday 4 September, with the results to be announced on Friday 23 September.
