Jess is a voice coach and theatre facilitator committed to fostering innovative and inclusive theatre spaces. With a lifelong passion for communication and speech, Jess' journey has taken them across regions, including Newcastle, Yorkshire, Birmingham, and Cambridge, providing a diverse perspective on voices from across the UK.
Jess pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Professional Voice Practice at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, achieving a Distinction. Over the years, they have honed their skills and expertise in various facets of voice work, ranging from actor training at renowned drama schools, to providing personalised coaching sessions for professionals, and working on major film titles.
Currently, Jess' focus lies on pioneering true and radical accessibility within actor training. Their practice looks into innovative approaches aimed at ensuring inclusivity and equity within theatre education, reflecting their commitment to creating spaces where every voice is heard and valued.
