Leeds Conservatoire is committed to developing new work and practice, both in promoting creativity in the north of England and in training our students to be able to work quickly and efficiently in workshop environments.

To further this aim, we are offering a range of support to practitioners and projects who are looking for a space and cast to develop their works or new practices.

We provide:

Studio space in our brand new, purpose built facilities
A cast of 15 or 30 students.
Support from within the conservatoire.
A stipend to support development and travel / subsistence (£650).

Our R&D Weeks will be running through the 2019/20 academic year on the following weeks:

w/c 18 November 2019 (submissions for this week must be submitted by 1 August)
w/c 9 March 2020 (submissions for this week must be submitted by 31 October)
