Joseph Stones HouseAccommodation application process
Applicants joining us in September 2025, who have firmly accepted their offer of study, can apply for accommodation from May 2025 onwards. Applicants will be emailed a link to an online accommodation form. This includes applicants who deferred their place from the previous year.
We can prioritise the following applicants who have an offer of study, providing you contact the Accommodation Team before May 2025 to discuss your requirements:
- applicants who are care experienced or estranged from their families
- applicants with a diagnosed disability, long-term physical or mental health condition or allergy which needs to be considered for your accommodation
If you apply for accommodation in May, we will aim to let you know which room you’ve been allocated before end of June.
We usually have enough rooms for all undergraduate applicants who have firmly accepted their offer of study by June. We don't guarantee accommodation but we do our best to meet the demand each year.
If we don’t have a room available for you, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and either add your name to a waiting list or signpost you to other nearby options.
Information about moving in will be available from early Spring.
