Owned and managed by Unite Students, 152 rooms in this building are available for Leeds Conservatoire students. All rooms have en-suite facilities, clustered in flats with shared kitchen and living spaces. There are a small number of studios for students who’d prefer to live alone.

Accommodation application process
When you have firmly accepted your offer of study, we will email you an online form. Emails will be sent out from late April onwards. Simply complete the form using the link within the email, then your details will be passed to Unite Students so they can complete your accommodation booking with you. We usually have enough rooms for everyone who wishes to live in this building.

Once we have received your online form, it will take a few working days for your room to be allocated and your details to be passed to Unite Students. During busy periods (March, April and August) it may take longer.
When contacted by Unite Students, you will have 3 days to complete your booking before it expires. Any queries at this stage can be directed to Unite Students.
If there isn't a room available, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
