Kate Tanner
Kate (she/her) is our Education Engagements & Recruitment Manager. She leads on our student recruitment events and education engagement activities for Luminate’s HE institutions (Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds). This includes our activities with schools and colleges for students in Years 9 – 13, as well as managing our Leeds Conservatoire Futures scheme (secondary strand). She also looks after the conservatoire’s team of student ambassadors to support a range of recruitment activities each year. Kate really enjoys speaking to students about their aspirations at school/college fairs and UCAS events across the UK.
Elle Weaver
Elle (she/her) is our Education Engagements & Recruitment Officer, supporting our student recruitment and education engagement activities for the conservatoire. She plays a key role in coordinating recruitment events such as Open Days and Offer Holder days. Elle also works closely with schools and colleges to deliver workshops and learning opportunities, as well as representing Leeds Conservatoire at fairs and events.
