Performing Arts School Workshop Day - Thursday 6 July 2023
This FREE workshop day is suitable for Year 9 and Year 10 students who have a passion for Performing Arts – those who love telling stories, performing, singing, dancing and making theatre. The day will run from 10AM – 3PM, with lunch provided for staff and students. Registration will be between 9.30 - 10AM.
Attendees will take part in two different practical workshops of four different disciplines on offer which include Acting, Voice, Dance and Singing/Ensemble workshops, all delivered by our Performing Arts teaching artists and industry professionals. There will be an option to pre-book onto these session options nearer to the workshop date, and this will be on a first-come, first-served basis. As well as a tour of our Performing Arts facilities and the chance to meet our student ambassadors, students will also have a session on careers in the creative industries. Lunch will be provided for all students and staff.
