Leeds Conservatoire Contemporary Pop Choir and Friends

This December the award-winning Leeds Conservatoire Contemporary Pop Choir invites you to an intimate and atmospheric evening at The Attic, one of the city's newest and most unique venues. Celebrate the beauty of the human voice with performances from the full choir, as well as solo spots featuring original music and unique arrangements by individual members. Repertoire to feature reimagined versions of classics by artists such as Ben E. King, Stevie Wonder, Sam Smith, Radiohead, and many more.

The Leeds Conservatoire Contemporary Pop Choir are a high-octane vocal ensemble, showcasing unique, original and dynamic arrangements of Rock, Pop and Gospel repertoire. Formed in 2015, the choir have performed across the UK and are proud to have been featured on BBC radio, as well as television productions for the BBC and Channel 4. They have also had the esteemed pleasure of collaborating and learning from a number of renowned musical artists, including Marc Almond, Mark De-Lisser, Volney Morgan and Charlotte Jane. The choir is directed by Principal Lecturer Craig Antony Lees and will be accompanied by a live band, led by Declan Davies.
