Four completely different yet equally brilliant works, featuring music by two present-day musician-composers. Caroline Shaw wrote Entr’acte in 2011 after being inspired by Joseph Haydn’s technicolour quartet writing. Shine you no more is a lively, John Dowland-inspired reel by Danish String Quartet violinist Rune Tonsgaard Sørensen.
